Puneeth began his career as a child actor and later became known for his work in Kannada digital entertainment. He has made significant contributions to minimalist poster design for Kannada cinema and has earned recognition as the "Poster Boy" in digital media.
In 2017, Puneeth founded Poster Boy Art Studios, a film production company. He later launched Ideeria, a content studio dedicated to creating specialized content for over-the-top (OTT) platforms.
