Prem Kumar is Ravidassia community leader, Ravidassia Sabha Kalanaur head, a respectable member of the community, and former Congressman i.e. from the Indian National Congress from Kalanaur.[1]

Prem Kumar was born to Late Sh. Dharam Singh Kalsen and Smt. Basanti Devi.
Political career
In 1982, Prem Kumar supported INC candidate Kartar Devi in 1982 Haryana Legislative Assembly election.
Prem Kumar was elected unopposed from his ward in 2003 as Municipal Councillor in Kalanaur, Haryana municipal committee.
Prem Kumar is running as a "Panchayati" independent candidate in 2024 Haryana Legislative Assembly election from Kalanaur (SC) Reserved Constituency No.63 Kalanaur Assembly constituency.[2] [3]
