Porandarpur is a small village of 14 hectares in Bansdih Tehsil in Ballia district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Porandarpur depends on Bansdih (NP), the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One Well supply, One tubewell and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Well. Porandarpur's pin code is 277213[4], and village code is 09259400. The area of Porandarpur is segregated as 12 hectares irrigated area. and remaining 2 hectare area not available for cultivation.
