Pipargawan is a small village of 630 hectares in Banda Tehsil in Banda district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Pipargawan depends on Tindwari (NP), the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One Well supply which is 110.71% of the total supply, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Pipargawan's pin code is 210128[4], and village code is 04793200. The area of Pipargawan is segregated as 204.68 hectares irrigated area, 377.66 hectares unirrigated area. the 4.23 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves) and remaining 55.582 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Pipargawan is a census village in the district of Banda, Uttar Pradesh. The village has a total population of 2023 and has total administration over 371 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Tindwari (NP) and Banda to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
