Pipara is a small village of 351 hectares in Naraini Tehsil in Banda district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Pipara depends on Naraini (NP), the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One Well supply and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - One river,One canal. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Tap. Pipara's pin code is 210129[4], and village code is 04850100. The area of Pipara is segregated as 94 hectares irrigated area, 237 hectares unirrigated area. the 49 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves).

Pipara has Two banks and Two credit societies for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with Two recreational centers.

The village has an uninterrupted 24 hours electric supply from a power grid.

Pipara is a census village in the district of Banda, Uttar Pradesh. The village has a total population of 956 and has total administration over 183 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Naraini (NP) and Banda to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
