Phoolmal is a small village of 1356 hectares in Jaitaran Tehsil in Pali district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Phoolmal depends on Jaitaran, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, Two Wells supply, which is 147.00% of the total supply, Two tanks, One tubewell, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Phoolmal is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Phoolmal's pin code is 306302[4], and village code is 02395100. The area of Phoolmal is segregated as 348 hectares irrigated area, 489 hectares unirrigated, the 254 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 265 hectare area not available for cultivation.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Jaitaran and Pali to sell shoes and make their living.
