Phillip Kenneth Delaney (born 17 October 1974) is a former professional rugby player with the Leicester Tigers[1] and Blackheath FC. Phil represented England Under-21 and England Students Rugby teams in 1996.

Phil started his rugby career at Waterloo Rugby Club before moving to Leicester Tigers[3]in 1993. Phil represented Leicester Tigers 1st team between 1995 and 1998, playing 20 games and scoring 4 tries.
Phil represented England Under-21s and England Students in 1996.
Phil played for Blackheath FC for the 1998/99 season.
