Philipp HahnPhilipp Hahn, born April 15, 1980 in Munich, Germany is a German entrepreneur, CEO of the business consultancy Rabl & Hahn GmbH[1], an Excellent 100 European Speaker[2] as well as a TOP 100 Entrepreneur[2]. He is a change management[3], communication and quality expert for well-known international corporations and projects.[4]
Professional Experience
He looks back at over 27 years of professional experience. In his early 20s he started his own aviation.[5] A few years later he was top seller in a global organization.[5] He has lived and worked in the U.S., Asia and Europe.
He is the co-founder and CEO of Rabl & Hahn[1], a German business consultancy established in 2007. Among his clients are Airbus, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Electroluxand others, he implemented countless change projects.[1]
Philipp Hahn became a member of the Speakers Excellence since 2018 and has been announced as an Excellent 100 European Speaker by the Handelsblatt in 2020[6] .
In 2021, the Premium Leaders Club announced him as an industry expert.[7]
Social Commitment
Philipp is an ambassador for the non-profit Casayohana[8] which takes care of families in the „Cocaine Valley“ in Peru. The living conditions in the Peruvian Andesare harsh and the tone within the families even harsher. The violence rate against women is over 60%. In addition to Philipp’s work as an ambassador, Rabl & Hahn supports a godparent family through the Casayohana program.
Private Life
Philipp overcame/survived numerous personal tragedies. [9]In 2001, he broke 3 vertebrae while skydiving, in 2012 he survived a heart attack. In 2014, he broke 3 more vertebrae[9] in a motorcycle accident on the Paris-Dakar track.
He has been practicing polyphasic sleep for the past 10 years, This means he sleeps 4 hours at intervals in one day and has therefore made 20 hours available with little sleep.
Philipp is the singer of the German Cyperpunk metal band Metopia[10] which will bring out their debut debut album Wiedergeburt in 2021. In addition he is a vocal coach at his "Kunst des Schreiens" academy.[11]
