Philip Austin Brooks (born September 07, 1984) in Texas[1] is an African American,[2] grew up in the United States who is former Basketball Player[3][4][5][6][7][8] and became entrepreneur after getting retirement. Brooks has firsthand knowledge of how important of cultural diversity is, and how it effect the attitude of people.[9][5][10] He is the founder of all Butterflies learning Centers where children in spite of their cultural diversity come and learn there in a lenient and fun filled environment.[11][3]

Career

As a Basketball Player

Philip Austin brooks signed a basketball contract with United States right after completing his graduation from the university. Therefore, Brooks spent next 8 years in Germany, Qatar, Spain, Kosovo, Columbia, Macedonia and touring Europe.[11][3][9] Brooks played College Basketball at the University of Arkanas at Pine Bluff, Langston University and Abilene Christian University whereas, He played for Vellaznimi Gjakove of the ETC Super League, as his last match.[2][4][6] He was awarded with the name of “Most Valuable Player” in every league he played, as for his contribution in team’s scoring.[11][3][9][5]

As an Entrepreneur

Philip Austin Brooks, a former athlete, is doing rapid progress in emerging as a successful entrepreneur across the globe by rapidly expanding number one childcare center.[12][13]

During his career as a basketball player, Philip observed that the children who have insecure attachment styles were more tended to have poor quality relationships with their teammates. So, he believed that it is important to start children’s development or to cultivate their talent from a toddler age.[12][13][14][15] Philip Brooks got retirement from basketball, got married, and came back to US. He and his wife, both have background of Childhood education. Together with his wife Makedonka Brooks, he founded a learning center for children of 0-12 years, named as “Little Butterflies Learning Center” in Dallas, Texas, in 2017, to bring racial equality to the community.[11][3][14][15][16][17][18][19][20] He has built diversified cultural atmosphere with the aim of developing children for today’s world.[14][16] His center’s team has highly trained teachers and loving caregivers who are providing exceptional education, international languages and culture in fun filled and completely nurtured as home environment.[11][14][15][5] With the passage of time, center included foreign studies and the usual curriculum to their syllabus.[16] However, center’s expansion continued in 2019 when they opened three more franchises in other cities.[11][3][17] In July 2020, they have launched their center’s 9th location in Sugarland, Texas.[17] Recently, in 2021, Brooks took a further step and changed a childcare industry once more by opening more franchises for their exclusive early education and childcare model so that more people can join Butterflies family.[17][20] While some are still in planning phase.[11] Recently, Philip Austin has brought new learning strategies and new techniques in its teaching style, initiating the cross-culture education, in Texas.[18][19][20] They have opened more franchises for their early education and childcare concept to expand their butterflies’ family.[16][17][19] These factors are doing help in making this center as one of the leading child education and care center in United States.[17][7] Philip’s mission is to establish 100 more centers so that he can play his role in better growth of the children.[9][7][10]

Welfare tasks

The founder of Little Butterflies Center, Philip Brooks and organization itself doing a great job in childcare industry by giving donations to needed non-profit organizations.[3][15][9]
