In 1984, Phil Soper graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce in Management Science from the University of Alberta

Career

In 2002, Phil Soper was appointed as the President of Royal LePage, a real estate services firm based in Toronto, Canada, and in 2004 he was elected as the company's CEO.

Prior to his career in the real estate industry, Phil Soper was a senior executive at the technology giant IBM, where he held leadership positions in professional services and technology sales at both national and global levels.[3][4][5]

Social and charitable activities

Phil Soper is actively involved in various community programs, including the Royal LePage Shelter Foundation, which is a Canadian charity focused on eliminating domestic violence and providing support to women and children who are victims of it.[6]
