Phil Herridge is a British entrepreneur and former professional kickboxer. He is best known as the founder and CEO of the Semper Paratus Group, a company specialising in LinkedIn automation and AI-driven sales systems.[1]
Career
In 2019, Herridge founded the Semper Paratus Group (SPG), which provides automation tools for business development and lead generation. Under his leadership, SPG won multiple accolades, including "Sales Automation CEO of the Year" in 2023.[2] [3] [4] [5] [6] [7]
In 2024, Herridge launched The Business Review Podcast, recognised as the worlds first mainstream podcast hosted entirely by artificial intelligence. The podcast features brief, pre-recorded audio segments designed to present company overviews in a format similar to traditional business reviews. Each episode is hosted by AI-generated voices and aims to inform prospective customers about a company’s services, focusing on education rather than direct marketing.[8] [9]
This led to Herridge being shortlisted for "AI Entrepreneur of the Year" by the Great British Entrepreneur Awards.[10]
He is also a director of several companies, including Legacy Property Investments Group.[11]
Combat Sports
Before entering business, Herridge competed professionally in kickboxing. He fought at various weights, before dominating the Super Middleweight division as European Champion with a professional fight record on 49 fights-42 wins-39 by KO and 37 of those KO's in the 1st round.[12] [13] [14] [15]
