Phagotra is a small village of 1010 hectares in Bagora Tehsil in Jalor district, also known as Granite City in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Phagotra depends on BHINMAL, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, which is 490.00% of the total supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and Two handpumps. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Phagotra is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Well. Phagotra's pin code is 343029[4], and village code is 02312800. The area of Phagotra is segregated as 728.12 hectares irrigated area, 117.1 hectares unirrigated, the 119 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 46 hectare area not available for cultivation.
