Phachar is a small village of 324 hectares in Bari Sadri Tehsil in Chittorgarh district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Phachar depends on Bari Sadri, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, which is 12.03% of the total supply, Two tanks, One tubewell, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Phachar is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Phachar's pin code is 312404[4], and village code is 03706200. The area of Phachar is segregated as 36.48 hectares irrigated area, 196.06 hectares unirrigated, the 70.28 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 21.56 hectare area not available for cultivation.
