Pehal is a small village of 1626 hectares in Mandawar Tehsil in Alwar district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Pehal depends on KHAIRTHAL, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply, which is 406.00% of the total supply, Two tanks, One tubewell, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Pehal is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Pehal's pin code is 301404[4], and village code is 00780700. The area of Pehal is segregated as 873 hectares irrigated area, 467 hectares unirrigated, the 13 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 101 hectare area not available for cultivation.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of KHAIRTHAL and Alwar to sell earthen pot and make their living.
