Peepalya Akheraj is a small village of 147 hectares in Chhipabarod Tehsil in Baran district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Peepalya Akheraj depends on Chhipabarod, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, which is 30.00% of the total supply, Two tanks, One tubewell, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - One river, Two canals and Two springs. Peepalya Akheraj is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Peepalya Akheraj's pin code is 325221[4], and village code is 03969800. The area of Peepalya Akheraj is segregated as 80 hectares irrigated area, 11 hectares unirrigated, the 10 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 46 hectare area not available for cultivation.
