Peepalda is a small village of 2402 hectares in Khandar Tehsil in Sawai Madhopur district, also known for Ranthambore National Park in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Peepalda depends on LALSOT, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, which is 22.18% of the total supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - One river, One canal and Two springs. Peepalda is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Well. Peepalda's pin code is 322025[4], and village code is 01297200. The area of Peepalda is segregated as 719.45 hectares irrigated area, 1084.13 hectares unirrigated, the 150.75 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 447.22 hectare area not available for cultivation.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of LALSOT and Sawai Madhopur to sell ghee and make their living.
