Peelwa is a small village of 241 hectares in Dausa Tehsil in Dausa district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Peelwa depends on Mahwa, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, which is 6.00% of the total supply, Two tanks, One tubewell, and Two handpumps. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Peelwa is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Peelwa's pin code is 303325[4], and village code is 01364100. The area of Peelwa is segregated as 35 hectares irrigated area, 170 hectares unirrigated, the 25 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 11 hectare area not available for cultivation.
