PeePaliya Kalan is a small village of 1560 hectares in Raipur Tehsil in Pali district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. PeePaliya Kalan depends on Sojat, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, Two Wells supply, which is 760.00% of the total supply, Two tanks, One tubewell, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. PeePaliya Kalan is also surrounded by Two lakes. They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Sojat and Pali to sell earthen pot and make their living.
