Pawa is a small village of 3988 hectares in Sumerpur Tehsil in Pali district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Pawa depends on Takhatgarh, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply, which is 669.00% of the total supply, Two tanks, One tubewell, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, One canal and Two springs. Pawa is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Pawa's pin code is 306708[4], and village code is 02469400. The area of Pawa is segregated as 1864 hectares irrigated area, 662 hectares unirrigated, the 380 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 541 hectare area not available for cultivation.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Takhatgarh and Pali to sell leather and make their living.
