Paulinus Ike Ogara (born August 7, 1999) is a Nigerian Catholic priest, educator, writer, and public intellectual. He serves as a priest of the Catholic Diocese of Nsukka and is currently the Director of the Department of Civics, Culture, and Morals at the Post Primary Schools Management Board (PPSMB) in Enugu, Nigeria. He is also a part-time lecturer at the Institute of Management and Technology (IMT), Enugu.

Ogara attended Seat of Wisdom Seminary, Owerri, Nigeria, where he distinguished himself as a scholar. He holds multiple degrees, including Bachelor's degrees in Philosophy, Theology, and English Education, as well as a Master's degree and a Doctorate in Philosophy of Education.

Ogara was ordained as a Catholic priest on August 7, 1999. Following his ordination, he served in various capacities within the Diocese of Nsukka. His early roles included Assistant Diocesan Secretary, Director of Communications, and Editor of the Diocesan newspaper, The Shepherd. He also served as a Curate in the Adani and Ibagwa-Aka parishes.
