Patulki is a small village of 318.2 hectares in Ramsanehighat Tehsil in Barabanki district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Patulki depends on Dariyabad (NP), the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One Well supply, One tubewell and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Tap. Patulki's pin code is 225404[4], and village code is 05808300. The area of Patulki is segregated as 161.927 hectares irrigated area, 32.38 hectares unirrigated area. the 12.14 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves) and remaining 20.24 hectare area not available for cultivation.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Dariyabad (NP) and Barabanki to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
