Club career

Born in Brescia from Ghana,[1][2][3] Nuamah joined the youth sector of the city's Brescia Calcio, where he came through the youth ranks before signing his first professional contract with the club in July 2022, as he penned a three-year deal.[2][4]

After being promoted to Brescia's first team in the same summer, Nuamah made his professional debut on September 3, 2022, coming in as a substitute for Stefano Moreo at the 83rd minute of the Serie B match against A.C. Perugia Calcio, which ended in a 2-1 win for his side.[5] At 16 years and 243 days, he became the club's fourth youngest ever player.[6]

International career

Nuamah can choose to represent either Italy or Ghana at international level.[1][2][3]

Although he has yet to win international caps, he previously took part in training camps with the Italian Italy national under-15 football team and Italy national under-16 football team.[7][8]

Style of play

Nuamah is a midfielder, who mainly plays in the Holding midfielder, but can also act as a mezzala. He has been regarded for his passing prowess and his pace.[1][3]

He has pointed at Paul Pogba and Stephen Appiah as his biggest sources of inspiration.[1]
