Patricia Baronowski-Schneider (born 31 March 1969) is an American entrepreneur, brand strategist, award-winning communication expert, marketer, PR expert, and author. She is the founder of Pristine Advisers, a leading investor relations, public relations, media relations, and marketing firm. Patricia specializes in the financial communications, media outreach programs, developing media strategy and has built a reputation of prolific digital brand-builder for companies to increase shareholder value.[1][2]
Patricia has received several awards and accolades in her career of over three decades. She has very closely worked with corporations clients for their marketing, media relations, investor relations, raising capital and related services to create brand awareness programs and raise visibility. Patricia has been often cited by high-tier news media and publications as one of the pioneers in the financial communication industry.[3]
Patricia’s high level of professionalism and excellent interpersonal skills to her work and vision of providing communication services to customers has transformed Pristine Advisers to secure a strong market position. She has worked with several high profile clientele including New Line Cinema, Duracell, Aracruz and several others. She also oversees the annual Investment Strategies Conference in New York.
Early life and education
Patricia was born on 31 March 1969 in New York. She graduated from the High School Valedictorian and worked her way up the corporate ladder while being a single mother of 2. She has also completed her MBA with specialization in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the State University of New York Empire State College.
Career
Patricia started her own business, where she created a one-stop-shop business and has won many awards of recognition. She currently serves as the founder and President of Pristine Advisers, a leading investor relations/public relations/media relations and marketing firm. Patricia was also a licensed skydiving instructor on the side for 15 years.
She has been heavily involved with working with board members, hedge funds, corporations, and investment advisors through her business. Patricia has been in the IR/PR industry for over 33 years, working for firms such as The Altman Group, Citigate Dewe Rogerson, Handy & Hardman and has been heavily involved in the IR/PR/marketing/media relations world as well as raising capital and working alongside hedge funds/BDCs/MLPs/ETFs, REITS and CEFs as well as corporations and individuals.
She is also a member of the Farmingdale Chamber of Commerce. Patricia has been widely covered in multiple magazines and newspapers and won many awards for her work.
