Parbati is a small village of 322 hectares in Raipur Tehsil in Bhilwara district, also known as the Textile City in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Parbati depends on Gangapur, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Parbati is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Parbati's pin code is 311805[4], and village code is 02857700. The area of Parbati is segregated as 23.15 hectares irrigated area, 45.05 hectares unirrigated, the 174 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 80.15 hectare area not available for cultivation.
