Parana is a small village of 1907 hectares in Bah Tehsil in Agra district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Parana depends on Bah (MB), the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Tap. Parana's pin code is 283114[4], and village code is 01652900. The area of Parana is segregated as 627.37 hectares irrigated area, 827.42 hectares unirrigated, the 13 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 683.96 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Parana has One post office (Parna B.O) and One public telephone. The village is connected with a single bus service. Parana has Two banks, One credit society and One agricultural credit society for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with Two recreational centers.

Parana is a census village in the district of Agra, Uttar Pradesh. The village has a total population of 5886 and has total administration over 945 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.
