Paolo Nebrida (born 31 December 1994) is an Filipino professional darts player who currently plays in the Professional Darts Corporation (PDC) and other national events. He Qualified for the 2023 PDC World Darts Championship as 1 of 4 semi-finalists of the 2022 PDC Asian Championship.
Career
Nebrida was set to make his televised debut at the 2021 PDC World Cup of Darts, partnering Lourence Ilagan,[1] however was forced to withdraw from the competition due to EU vaccination protocols, being replaced by Christian Perez.[2]
Nebrida qualified for the 2023 PDC World Darts Championship, his debut at the competition, as a semi-finalist of the 2022 PDC Asian Championship, finishing as runner-up to fellow countryman Christian Perez with a 5–7 defeat in the final.[3] In his First Round match, Nebrida survived four match darts for 3–0 to pull the scores level before succumbing to a final set 3–2 defeat to Danny Jansen.[4]
