Panchetiya is a small village of 1662 hectares in Marwar Junction Tehsil in Pali district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Panchetiya depends on Marwar Junction , the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply, which is 91.05% of the total supply, One tank, One tubewell, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Panchetiya is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Panchetiya's pin code is 306503[4], and village code is 02448100. The area of Panchetiya is segregated as 103.1 hectares irrigated area, 1295.19 hectares unirrigated, the 95.2 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 168.18 hectare area not available for cultivation.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Marwar Junction and Pali to sell earthen pot and make their living.
