Paloo Kalan is a small village of 1310 hectares in Dudu (Hq. Mauzamabad) Tehsil in Jaipur district, also known as the Pink City in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Paloo Kalan depends on Bagru, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply, which is 65.15% of the total supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Paloo Kalan is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Paloo Kalan's pin code is 303348[4], and village code is 01517600. The area of Paloo Kalan is segregated as 65.15 hectares irrigated area, 1000.4 hectares unirrigated, the 99.96 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 144.09 hectare area not available for cultivation.
