Pal is a small village of 250 hectares in Chittaurgarh Tehsil in Chittorgarh district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Pal depends on Chittaurgarh, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, Two tanks, One tubewell, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Pal is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Pal's pin code is 312022[4], and village code is 03603000. The area of Pal is segregated as 39.07 hectares irrigated area, 21.07 hectares unirrigated, the 72.02 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 72.55 hectare area not available for cultivation.
