Pahesar is a small village of 116.5 hectares in Rasra Tehsil in Ballia district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Pahesar depends on Rasra (MB), the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sourcesOne canal. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Tap. Pahesar's pin code is 221711[4], and village code is 09136600. The area of Pahesar is segregated as 139.35 hectares irrigated area, 2.99 hectares unirrigated area. the 2.12 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves) and remaining 11.2 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Pahesar has Two banks and Two credit societies for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with Two recreational centers.
