Pahartal is a small village of 291 hectares in Deeg Tehsil in Bharatpur district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Pahartal depends on Deeg, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, Two tanks, One tubewell, and Two handpumps. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Pahartal is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Tubewell. Pahartal's pin code is 321203[4], and village code is 01003100. The area of Pahartal is segregated as 9 hectares irrigated area, 13.86 hectares unirrigated, the 4.11 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 2.43 hectare area not available for cultivation.
