Padoli Rathor is a small village of 356 hectares in Ghatol Tehsil in Banswara district, also known as City of Hundred Islands in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Padoli Rathor depends on Banswara, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, Two tanks, One tubewell, and Two handpumps. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Padoli Rathor is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Tubewell. Padoli Rathor's pin code is 327023[4], and village code is 03388600. The area of Padoli Rathor is segregated as 91 hectares irrigated area, 225 hectares unirrigated, remaining 40 hectare area not available for cultivation.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Banswara to sell earthen pot and make their living.
