Padla is a small village of 453 hectares in Ghatol Tehsil in Banswara district, also known as City of Hundred Islands in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Padla depends on Banswara, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Padla is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Padla's pin code is 327027[4], and village code is 03395300. The area of Padla is segregated as 84 hectares irrigated area, 173 hectares unirrigated, the 24 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 121 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Padla is a census village in the district of Banswara, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 1429 and has total administration over 313 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Banswara to sell countary liquor and make their living.
