Padampura is a small village of 197 hectares in Mandalgarh Tehsil in Bhilwara district, also known as the Textile City in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Padampura depends on Jahazpur, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, which is 16.16% of the total supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Padampura is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Padampura's pin code is 311604[4], and village code is 02921100. The area of Padampura is segregated as 65.41 hectares irrigated area, 41.85 hectares unirrigated, the 4.25 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 85.6 hectare area not available for cultivation.
