Padal Chhoti is a small village of 324 hectares in Ghatol Tehsil in Banswara district, also known as City of Hundred Islands in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Padal Chhoti depends on Banswara, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, One tank, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, One canal and Two springs. Padal Chhoti is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Padal Chhoti's pin code is 327023[4], and village code is 03386500. The area of Padal Chhoti is segregated as 169 hectares irrigated area, 63 hectares unirrigated, the 49 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 43 hectare area not available for cultivation.
