Pachanpura is a small village of 2232 hectares in Raipur Tehsil in Pali district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Pachanpura depends on Sojat, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Pachanpura is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Pachanpura's pin code is 306304[4], and village code is 02402800. The area of Pachanpura is segregated as 53 hectares irrigated area, 147 hectares unirrigated, remaining 1901 hectare area not available for cultivation.
