Oyindamola Lami Adeyemi is an entrepreneur, philanthropist, and the Executive Chairperson of Still Earth Holdings - a business with significant play across the Construction, Energy, Finance, and Hospitality industries in West Africa.[1]

Biography

Oyindamola Lami Adeyemi was born to a Hausa-Fulani mother from Gombe state, Northern Nigeria, and a Yoruba father from Ondo State in the South West (Nigeria).

She attended the Federal Government Girls College Bauchi, Nigeria. She obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from the University of Abuja, Abuja, Nigeria. She earned a Master's degree in Political Economy and Governance from the same institution. She also graduated from the Owner/President Management Program at the Harvard Business School in Boston, Massachusetts, United States.[2]

As an entrepreneur, Oyindamola Lami Adeyemi is the executive chairperson of Still Earth Holdings.[3]The company operates through its subsidiaries: Still Earth Capital Finance, Still Earth Construction Limited, and Tirex Petroleum and Energy.[4]

Under Oyindamola Adeyemi, Tirex Petroleum and Energy completed the Ikike well drilling and intervention campaign for Total Energies[5] and has serviced other companies in the petroleum industry in Nigeria.

She regularly contributes to the socio-economic and business discourse[6] that shapes the sectoral conversations of the day. She has been featured in publications such as The Economist,[7] Forbes,[8] The Guardian, ThisDay,[9] and several other reputable publications. Oyindamola's multifaceted contributions make her a leader in shaping the landscape of national development[10] and a strong advocate for collaborative governance[11] and infrastructural development.[12]

She is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Directors Nigeria and the Young Presidents Organization. She leads a private life.

Philanthropy

Still Earth Holdings, under her guidance, supported the Guest Artists Space (GAS) Foundation with a grant to empower art residences that facilitate cultural exchange and creative research while actively advocating for the universal right to education for all[13]
