In 2018, The Cambodia Airport Investment Co, Ltd. (CAIC), a joint venture between OCIC and the Royal Government of Cambodia was granted a concession to develop the new Techo Takhmao International Airport in the province of Kandal.[2] In May 2023, OCIC and Singapore-based SIA Engineering Company, signed a joint venture agreement to develop Cambodia's first dedicated MRO facility.[3] In September 2023, OCIC and Thailand's Big C formalized an agreement to establish the first hypermarket chain in Phnom Penh's Chroy Changvar district.[4]
