Ousala Aleem (born July 3, 1982) also known as Prestley Snipes[1] is an American filmmaker[2] and author[3] from Brooklyn, NY[4] . Ousala is best known for his independent film Criminals Gone Wild[5] and co-writing the hit song Tuesday (iLoveMakonnen song)[6] [7] which was certified RIAA Platinum and was Nominated for a 2015 Grammy Awards[8]. In 2017, Ousala released his first book titled "How To Make It In The Music Business: Using Social Media Marketing to Build a Large Following"[9].

Ousala was featured on Fox News show The O'Reilly Factor on December 12, 2007 to discuss his film Criminals Gone Wild with Bill O'Reilly (political commentator).[10]

On December 17, 2007, Ousala discussed Criminals Gone Wild on CNN's "Out in the Open" with Ricardo Sánchez (journalist).[11]

On January 4, 2008 New York (Magazine) wrote a story about Ousala and his film Criminals Gone Wild titled "Crime Porn (With Simulated Action)".[12]

Duncan Cooper editor-in-chief at The Fader magazine wrote a story titled "The Fall and Rise of iLoveMakonnen" on October 3, 2014 where Ousala is photographed sitting in a Range Rover with rapper iLoveMakonnen.[13]

Billboard (magazine) released a documentary on December 19, 2014 called "My City: Atlanta" where Ousala is seen working alongside rapper iLoveMakonnen.[14]

Vice (magazine) released a documentary in 2015 on their Noisey (TV series) "Noisey: Atlanta" called "The Psychedelic and Bizarre World of iLoveMakonnen" where Ousala is seen working alongside iLoveMakonnen.[15]

On January 23, 2019, Ousala was featured in New York (Magazine)'s "The Cut" where he is mentioned as introducing child rapper "Lil Tay" to the music scene.[16]
