Or Dori (born July 28, 1999) is an accomplished American real estate manager, known for his work as the Chief Operating Officer at Luxuri, a premium yachts, cars, villas, and concierge rental company based in Miami, Florida.[1] Dori’s passion for his hometown of Miami, coupled with his extensive network, has made him an indispensable member of Luxuri's team. His success as the Chief Operating Officer is a testament to his hard work, dedication, and ability to create authentic, unique, and premier experiences for Luxuri's clients.[2][3]
Early life and education
Dori was born on July 28, 1999, in Miami, the son of Avi Dori and Liat Zakay. After graduating from Michael Korp Senior High School, Dori launched an Instagram page called @miamigettys, which helped him become an integral part of Miami's party scene.[4]
Dori's Instagram page, @miamigettys, quickly gained popularity, with 15-20 party addresses being sent to him every weekend.[5] He charged $20 per address posted, while people at the door were charged $5 per person. Dori's page attracted around 200–300 partygoers, who showed up at the parties. Initially, Dori did not attend the parties himself, but eventually, he was convinced by his friends to attend a mansion party, where he met Jonathan Campau, the CEO of Luxuri.[6]
Career
A year after Dori's Instagram page was deleted, Campau randomly contacted him and offered him a job at Luxuri. Dori accepted the offer and started as a property manager, quickly climbing the ranks to become the Chief Operating Officer of Luxuri.[7] In his current role, Dori oversees property management and vacation rental logistics and ensures that all properties are up to Luxuri's brand quality and consistently booked at the right price. He also plays a critical role in helping investors earn a return on their investment by maximizing their property's revenue without raising their expenses.[8]
As a native of Miami, Dori knows the local culture, way of life, and popular places, which makes him a great asset to Luxuri. He spends a lot of time researching and building relationships with tastemakers and decision-makers at places like E11EVEN, Mr. Jones, Papi Steak, LIV, Story, and many more in Miami.[9] Under Dori's guidance, Luxuri clients can book luxury cars, day trips on yachts, and any other activity or excursion they can think of, making their experience in Miami an authentic, unique, and premier one. Dori's skills as a social media manager have also helped him direct Luxuri's social media strategy.[10]
