Omar Hafiz (born February 2, 1993 in Anantnag, Jammu and Kashmir) is a Development Practitioner and Social Entrepreneur. He is the Founder of The Stears, which is a Social Impact Organization, Working on Transformative Journey of Youth and Adolescents from Self Exploration to Leadership Development.[1] [2] [3] [4]

Early life and education

Omar was born on February 2, 1993 in Anantnag, Jammu and Kashmir, India. He completed his early education at a local school in Anantnag. After completing his 10th grade, he pursued higher education in computer applications and later in development studies.

The Stears

Omar Hafiz founded The Stears in 2017. It is dedicated to empowering youth with adaptive leadership skills to drive social change and community transformation. Through cutting-edge research and innovative curriculum development, we equip young adults with the tools and knowledge necessary to address local issues and become effective community leaders.
