Omar Berrada is the newly appointed Chief Executive of Manchester United (2024 Jan), who just resigned from his former role as Chief Football Operations Officer at City Football Group & Manchester City.
Prior to that, he has established himself in various roles under the Manchester City Football Club such as Chief Operating Officer, Senior VP Group Commercial Director, Director of Partnership Sales, Head of International Business Development (2011 Sep - 2024 Jan at Manchester City), and also Head of Sponsorship at FC Barcelona (2004 Jan - 2011 Aug at FC Barcelona).
This appointment was done quickly right after the completion of Sir Jim Ratcliffe's deal to buy 25 percent of Manchester United.
