Ollie Garrod (born 16 January 1993) is a British marathoner and ultra-marathoner.

He represented Great Britain and Northern Ireland at the 2022 IAU World 100km Championships in Berlin, finishing 36th[1].

Garrod broke the 40 mile World Record on 5 March 2023 at Barry 40, running a time of 3:45:07[2]. This bettered the previous World Record, set by Don Ritchie in 1982 by over 3 minutes.Garrod also holds the English 50km record, 2:51:26 set at RunThrough Grand Prix, Goodwood. This is 2nd on the British all time list[3].

He is a prolific racer and holds the record for the most parkrun first finishes in the world (367 as at 11 March 2023). Garrod races for Belgrave Harriers and South London Harriers. He is supported by team Hour7.
