Oleksandr Predytkevych is a Ukrainian-Spanish lawyer, international legal expert, public figure, humanitarian advocate, and business community leader based in Spain.[1] He is known for his work in international criminal law, extradition cases, cross-border legal protection, and initiatives aimed at strengthening cooperation between Ukraine and Spain.[2]

Predytkevych serves as President of Rotary Club Madrid Intercontinental Passport and has been actively involved in humanitarian, business, and municipal cooperation projects since the beginning of Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine.[3] He has participated in numerous international initiatives focused on legal protection, humanitarian assistance, economic cooperation, and the reconstruction of Ukraine.[4]

Early Life and Education

Predytkevych studied law and business administration at the University of Alicante in Spain. Following his graduation, he worked with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), gaining experience in corporate and tax law. He later completed advanced professional training through the Tax & Legal Program at ESADE Business & Law School.[5]

His professional background combines legal practice, international business advisory services, and public-sector cooperation projects.

Legal Career

Since 2016, Predytkevych has been involved in the management and development of legal projects focused on international legal protection, extradition proceedings, and cross-border legal assistance.[6][7]

International Activities

Predytkevych has been actively engaged in initiatives designed to strengthen relations between Ukraine and Spain through legal, humanitarian, business, and municipal cooperation.[11]

Following the Russian invasion of Ukraine, he became involved in projects supporting Ukrainian communities, humanitarian relief efforts, and international advocacy initiatives aimed at attracting European support for Ukraine's recovery.[12]

He has organized and participated in conferences, business forums, public discussions, and international cooperation programs involving government representatives, municipal leaders, entrepreneurs, investors, and civil society organizations.[13]

Ukraine Reconstruction Forums

In 2025 and 2026, Predytkevych was among the organizers of major international forums dedicated to the reconstruction and recovery of Ukraine, held in Madrid.[14]

The forums brought together representatives of local governments, businesses, international organizations, investors, and civil society leaders from both Ukraine and Spain.

A notable feature of these events was the participation of more than 30 Ukrainian mayors and municipal representatives during each edition. The delegations visited Spain to establish direct partnerships, exchange best practices, discuss reconstruction projects, and develop long-term cooperation agreements with Spanish municipalities.[15]

Particular attention was given to city-to-city cooperation initiatives, including partnership projects involving the municipalities of Chornomorsk (Ukraine) and Calpe (Spain), as well as other Ukrainian and Spanish communities seeking long-term collaboration.

These forums became among the largest Ukraine–Spain municipal cooperation platforms organized in Spain following the outbreak of the war.[16]

Rotary International

Predytkevych serves as President of Rotary Club Madrid Intercontinental Passport, an international Rotary club bringing together entrepreneurs, executives, investors, professionals, and community leaders from different countries.[17]

Under his leadership, the club has supported humanitarian initiatives, international cooperation projects, educational programs, and municipal diplomacy efforts related to Ukraine and Europe.[18]

The club has also been involved in promoting partnerships between Spanish and Ukrainian municipalities and supporting humanitarian assistance initiatives.[19]

Club Financiero Génova

In 2026, Predytkevych became a shareholder and member of Club Financiero Génova, one of Spain's most established private business clubs.[20]

Founded in Madrid in 1972, the club serves as a meeting place for entrepreneurs, investors, executives, business owners, and financial professionals. It hosts conferences, business forums, investment events, and networking activities involving members of the Spanish and international business communities.[21]

Through his participation in Club Financiero Génova, Predytkevych has supported initiatives aimed at strengthening economic cooperation between Spain and Ukraine and promoting investment opportunities related to Ukraine's reconstruction and development.[22]

The club has also hosted Ukrainian-Spanish business events and international cooperation forums in which he has participated as an organizer and speaker.[23]

Humanitarian Activities

Since the beginning of the full-scale war in Ukraine, Predytkevych has participated in humanitarian initiatives supporting Ukrainian civilians and military personnel.[24]

According to media reports, he has helped organize fundraising campaigns, humanitarian aid deliveries, medical assistance programs, and the procurement of vehicles and equipment for Ukrainian defense and emergency-response units.[25]

One widely reported initiative involved raising €15,000 during a single event to purchase a vehicle for a Ukrainian special operations unit.[26]
