Offer Gilboa is an Israeli business leader and entrepreneur recognized for his contributions to the global air cargo industry and industrial sectors.

Early Life and Education: Gilboa holds an LL.B (Bachelor of Laws) from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem's Faculty of Law. He further pursued his academic aspirations and obtained an M.B.A with Honors and majored in Finance and Business Strategy from the same university. Before turning to business, he worked as an Intern in Israel’s Supreme Court and then as an intern and advocate in one of Israel’s leading law firms - Yigal Arnon & Co.

Career: Gilboa's Business career spans over three decades has been marked by various leadership roles in prominent organizations across diverse industries. He went from running a successful textile business to owning Israel’s CAL Cargo Airlines (CAL).[1].

Challenge Group: Gilboa is the founder and controlling shareholder of this global air cargo conglomerate, focusing on air cargo logistics and aviation services.

Entering the aviation business in 2010, Gilboa has led the takeover and dramatic turnaround of Challenge Airlines IL (previously: CAL Cargo Airlines[2])[3], followed by strategic expansion plan. To date Gilboa is the Chairman of Challenge Airlines IL.

In 2016 Gilboa co-founded the Challenge Group with his partner. The group, whose management, main hub, and business center are located in Europe, has about 850 employees, a fleet of eight owned aircraft (Boeing 747 & 767) and encompass several synergistic entities: Challenge Airlines IL, Challenge Airlines BE, Challenge Airlines MT, Challenge Air Cargo, Challenge Handling, Challenge Logistics, Challenge Technic, and Challenge Aviation Services.

Bagir Ltd. For over a decade since the year 2000, Gilboa was the CEO of the Global innovative tailoring conglomerate employing over 3,000 employees supplying renowned retailers such as M&S and Brooks Brothers, specializes in manufacturing and distributing high-quality and innovative tailored clothing. During his tenure, Bagir became a world leader of techno-innovative tailored clothing and achieved remarkable growth and industry recognition. For his achievements in Bagir, Gilboa was awarded the prestigious 2005 Israeli Manufacturers Association annual award[4]

Azrieli Group Gilboa held in1998-9 the position of Deputy Managing Director of Israel’s leading commercial real estate group, focusing on its marketing and sales strategy.

Delta Textiles Ltd. For nearly a decade since 1989, Gilboa was part of the management of the global group and held the positions of Chief Economist of and then Managing Director of the British subsidiary Delta Textiles (London) Ltd.

Personal Life Offer Gilboa is married and a father to a daughter and two sons, involved in social and philanthropic activities.
