Odel Jat is a small village of 413 hectares in Rupbas Tehsil in Bharatpur district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Odel Jat depends on Bayana, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, Two tanks, One tubewell, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Odel Jat is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Tubewell. Odel Jat's pin code is 321404[4], and village code is 01094800. The area of Odel Jat is segregated as 270 hectares irrigated area, 100 hectares unirrigated, the 13 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 30 hectare area not available for cultivation.
