Ochhari is a small village of 627 hectares in Chittaurgarh Tehsil in Chittorgarh district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Ochhari depends on Chittaurgarh, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply, which is 34.50% of the total supply, One tank, One tubewell, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - One river, One canal and Two springs. Ochhari is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Ochhari's pin code is 312001[4], and village code is 03606800. The area of Ochhari is segregated as 114.91 hectares irrigated area, 173.59 hectares unirrigated, the 230.69 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 108.16 hectare area not available for cultivation.
