Ocazey (born Makwiza Jackson, March 23, 2002, in Ndola, Zambia) is a Zambian singer, songwriter, and rapper. He is recognized for his fusion of Afrobeat, rap, and dancehall, blending contemporary styles with traditional influences. Vanz’s music often addresses themes of resilience, joy, and cultural identity.

Early Life

Jackson makwiza Grew up in Ndola, and in a family of Two. Makwiza spent is childhood with his grand parents, After the Loss of his mother in 2009, He Moved in with is father and brother.

Career

in the year 2019 Ocazey discovered is talent and start writing songs he letter sold a song to singer yo maps and Ocazey was nominated for Most Outstanding Male Musician during the Ngoma Awards That Then letter released his first single "enjoy your life" in 2022 and won the 2022 Zambia Music Awards as best new comer he later and to concentrate on school and after is exams he released a new single "Ndi kuchalo[1]" which featured rapper Triple M which became a house hold hit.
