OJ ROSÉ (born 8 September 2000) is an American YouTuber/TikToker. His following of over 750k fans across all platforms enjoy his energetic pranks and vlogs. He is well known for his pillow fight videos, of which have been featured on SportsCenter & House of Highlights. In 2023, he joined the influencer boxing scene, facing Kimbo Slice Jr. in his debut bout on Misfits Boxing. He won the fight by second round TKO.
Early life
OJ ROSÉ, born Okem Jibunor, was born 8 September 2000 in Omaha, Nebraska. He lived there until he was five. He then relocated to Atlanta, GA, where he still resides to this day.
OJ ROSÉ ran track and field for Mill Creek High School from 2015 - 2019. He was a state finalist all four years. He also placed in the Junior Olympics with ATL Zoom.
Boxing career
On 22 April 2023, ROSÉ fought the son of the legendary Kimbo Slice on Misfits 006 in New Orleans, Louisiana. OJ won via second round TKO.
On 23 September 2023, ROSÉ fought English reality television personality Callum Izzard and defeated him via third round Knockout.
Slice Jr vs ROSÉ
MF & DAZN: X Series 006 featured JMX vs. Le'Veon Bell, a cruiserweight professional crossover boxing match contested between English YouTuber JMX and American football running back Le'Veon Bell. The bout between Slice Jr & ROSÉ took place on the undercard, on 21 April 2023 at the XULA Convocation Centre in New Orleans, Louisiana, US. ROSÉ defeated Slice by second round TKO.
Izzard vs ROSÉ
On 30 August, it was announced that ROSÉ would fiught English reality television personality Callum Izzard on the undercard of Idris Virgo vs Aaron Chalmers|MF & DAZN: X Series 009 at the Vertu Motors Arena in Newcastle upon Tyne, England on 23 September. OJ ROSÉ won the bout via third round KO.
