He is known for his work on films such as ‘’Mumbai Taxi‘’, a thriller revolving around a taxi driver and a group of terrorists in Mumbai[1], ‘‘Nalla Vishesham’’, a family drama that dealt with the issues of land grabbing and corruption[3], ‘‘Cappuccino’’, a romantic comedy featuring Aneesh G Menon, Anwar Shereef, Dharmajan Bolgatty, and Natasha[2][4], and ‘‘Stethoscope’’, a medical thriller[1]. In addition to his work behind the camera, Bava has also showcased his acting skills in a supporting role in the film ‘’Maniyarayile Ashokan‘’, a romantic comedy produced by actor Dulquer Salmaan[5].

Career

Noorudheen Bava began his career as a cinematographer in 2015 with the film ‘‘Mumbai Taxi’’, directed by Fazil Basheer1. The film was a thriller that revolved around a taxi driver and a group of terrorists in Mumbai[20][21][22][23][24][25][26][27][28][29]Noorudheen Bava’s work was praised for creating a realistic and tense atmosphere.

In 2017, Noorudheen Bava worked on two films, ‘‘Cappuccino’’ and ‘‘Stethoscope’’4. ‘‘Cappuccino’’ was a romantic comedy that featured Dharmajan Bolgatty, Aneesh G Menon, Anwar Shereef, and Natasha Doshi in the lead roles[30][31][32][33][34][35][36][37][38][39]. Noorudheen Bava’s cinematography was appreciated for capturing the scenic locations and the emotions of the characters5. ‘‘Stethoscope’’ was a medical thriller that starred Sreejith Vijay, Krishna Prabha, and Saiju Kurup[40][41][42][43][44][45][46][47]. In 2020, Noorudheen Bava made his acting debut with the film ‘‘Maniyarayile Ashokan’’, which was a romantic comedy produced by actor Dulquer Salmaan[58]. Noorudheen Bava played the role of a villager who was a friend of the protagonist, Ashokan, played by Jacob Gregory[59]. Noorudheen Bava’s performance was well-received by the critics and the audience[60].

In 2022, Noorudheen Bava worked on a short film titled ‘‘Vaaniluyare’’, which was an Independence Day special project produced by MGM Films and Black Hat Media[61].
